To ensure the safety of our community given the hygienic nature of our oral care products, we maintain a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons, oral care products can only be returned if the original seal is unbroken and the packaging is unopened.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including all labels and original packaging. Any requests beyond this 7-day timeframe or for items with broken seals will not be honored.

2. Return Address & Process
IMPORTANT: To ensure the fastest processing of your return, please do NOT send items back to the origin address on your shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Charges

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee or additional handling fee for any returns.

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for obtaining their own shipping label and paying all return shipping fees.

Original Shipping Fee Refund: For all eligible returns, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Process
