At ceelike.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with major carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking: Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.
2. Shipping Regions & Fulfillment Strategy
To optimize delivery speed, we utilize a strategic multi-location fulfillment model based on inventory availability and destination:

North America: Orders are primarily fulfilled from our warehouses in the United States.

Europe: Orders are fulfilled from our local European warehouses whenever inventory is available.

Note: If a specific item is out of stock at our European facility, or if the destination is a region without a local warehouse, the order will be dispatched from our Regional Fulfillment Center in China.

Other International Regions: Orders for Asia, Oceania, and South America are dispatched from our Regional Fulfillment Center in China.

Non-Supported Regions: Please note that we currently do not provide shipping services to Africa. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under international postal restrictions.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to North America. For other regions, Free Standard Shipping is provided on orders over $49.00 USD.

*Europe Delivery Note: If your item is in stock locally, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. If fulfilled from our regional center in China due to stock availability, please allow up to 15 business days.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

North America & Europe: For orders fulfilled from our local warehouses in the USA or Europe, customers are generally not subject to additional import duties.

Other International Regions: Orders fulfilled from our regional center in China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Responsibility: All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. CEELIKE does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Order Tracking & Changes

Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.

Tracking Your Order: You can track your order 24 hours a day on the carrier’s official website or via your account on ceelike.com.

Address Changes: We can change the shipping address at no extra cost if the request is made BEFORE the tracking number is provided.
6. Order Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
